It is also possible during the mid and off season to rent only the villa (8 people) excluding the guesthouse at a reduced price. Please contact us directly in order to discuss the possibilities.

During the peak season and christmastime we rent our villa only per week.  Arrival and departure on Saturday.

Final cleaning is included in the price, as well as costs for the use of the airconditioning and a basket of wood for the fireplace.

Should you wish to pass on a grocery list, then this would be possible with a fee of € 75,- in addition to the cost of your groceries.

Deposit costs are € 500, – excluding the rental price.

Arrival between 4 pm and 9 pm.

Departure before 10 am.

Reservation and payment conditions

At reservation we require a deposit of 30% of the total reservation sum. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the stay. In the event of a booking within the 6-week period, the total reservation sum must be paid immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be returned. If there is a cancellation within the 6-week period, no refund will be made. We, therefore, recommend a cancellation insurance.
